Chetan Gujjar
As a seasoned valuation professional and Chartered Engineer, Chetan Gujjar bring technical expertise, managerial acumen and tech-savviness to the table. Registered with IBBI in Land and Building asset class, he possess a deep understanding of real estate and project management.
With a Post Graduate degree in Advanced Construction Management and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Gujjar has developed specialized knowledge in feasibility studies, construction management, and value engineering and is tech-savvy in his approaches.

Abhirup Roy is a valuation professional with a keen interest in technology focused in valuation. Previously working in Bajaj Finance Private limited, he was a part of their Risk team where his primary focus was increasing efficiency and effectiveness through reducing bottlenecks.
